Feel free to call or e-mail the office staff if you have questions about your doctor's hours, availability, house calls, etc. For appointments, you must phone. If you need to speak with the doctor about urgent medical concerns, it is also best to phone rather than e-mail. The staff will leave your doctor a message and he or she will get back to you as soon as possible.

Please do not call or e-mail for test results unless your doctor has advised you to do so. Prescription refills and non-urgent medical advice are normally given only in person. The main reason for this is to give you the best possible care.

If you are a friend or relative of a patient and want to discuss that patient's care, it is usually best if you make an appointment to see the doctor in the office. For prolonged consultations you may have to produce your health insurance card or pay directly for the visit. Please understand that the doctor cannot reveal any information without the consent of the patient. See Privacy.
