Fees Most people have health insurance to cover the costs of doctor visits. In BC, this is the government-run Medical Services Plan (MSP). Unfortunately, MSP does not pay for all visits; it only pays for necessary visits for the diagnosis and treatment of illness. If you want to know the current fee for any of the above items, please contact the office staff. If for any reason you feel you cannot afford to pay the fee, please speak with your doctor or the staff. As a comparison, you can check the "Fee Guide For Un-Insured Services" published by the British Columbia Medical Association. Please note that fees are payable at the time of service. |
