Please call during regular office hours for an appointment.
Regular appointments are booked for 10 to 15 minutes. If your problem needs more time, please speak with the receptionist when booking the appointment. Extra time can be allotted for counselling complete physical exams, drivers exams, etc.
Please be understanding if your doctor is running late, as it is impossible to predict the urgent situations that occasionally arise. You can help by trying to arrive on time for your appointment.
For those problems that cannot wait, just phone and we will try to book you into one of our "Advanced Access" openings on the same day. You are likely to get better care if you see your regular family physician than if you go to a walk-in clinic.
Missed Appointments
Please call if you are unable to make it on time to your appointment. This is not only a consideration to your doctor and the office staff but also to all the other patients waiting to be seen that day. This is especially important for the longer scheduled appointments like complete physicals, driver's exams, and minor surgeries.Because of the work involved in scheduling these appointments, if you fail to show up without calling, you may be charged a fee.
